Review Of SOU Palms

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and surprisingly rude, which set a poor tone for the rest of our stay. Any request we made was met with indifference or a lack of willingness to help, making us feel uncomfortable and unvalued as guests. The food was another letdown; it was subpar, lacking in both flavor and quality. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and a higher standard of amenities. Sadly, this stay fell short in every aspect, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Loved the hospitality at the sou palms. Lovely ambiance enjoyed a lot.

The swimming pool not active, require external upgradation, room ok

Rooms are large and clean. Courteous staff. Good food. Nice location.

Nice place, near to highway, friendly and helpful staffs. Owners are down to earth. Took my feedback and they will address the small issues. Food quality is good and can be improved easily

Hygiene and cleanliness was well and good. The only thing that disappointed me was the irregularities in electricity supply. Management should look into the matter of electricity

Great stay. Very comfortable and large room. Good hygiene in toilet. Very delicious food. Must it there even if you staying other places.
