terrible experience that night
property is located in an isolated society on the outskirts of tirupati. you need to order food online from nearby restaurants which was terrible. the property owner promised AC rooms while booking on the MMT website but there is no AC installed. one Western toilet bathroom is too small to use and the other bathroom with Indian toilet has no flush, no health faucet and even no mug. the flat is not serviced properly, there are huge number of pests and insects. cockroaches, ants, lizards, mouse and mosquitoes, it was a terrible experience that night. no support from the caretaker or the owner. moreover there is not a single mirror at the homestay.

Hi sir , It's not fair that just because you have broken an washroom bucket & tv remote my room boy asked you to pay money for that , for that reason your are making false allegations on my property , you mentioned no mirror on flats there are 2 mirrors installed in both bedrooms , and you mentioned some insects , cockroaches ,rats ,cats ,dogs and all roaming at my property its not an forest to see all these things and mentioned restaurant right, if you are able to walk roughly 100 meters you can find ROYAL CAFE & REASTUARENT and another FAMILY THE DHABHA HOUSE , If you can afford better we suggest you next time to stay at TAJ HOTEL , Thank you sir
Terrible Stay
No geyser, foul smelling, no fans

Sorry to hear this from You sir you are the first person who said no geyser & no fan in my property if I am not wrong no homestays or Hotel will run their business without basic equipment, I think you visit some other location sir please visit us and enjoy stay,Thank you
Poor Stay
The place looked like it was deserted. One point of time i was afraid of the safety of my family.

Hello sir, we are really sorry to be heard this from you, Since It's near to 7hills you might feel like deserted, our building is fully under surveillances camera and 2 caretakers is working for 24/7 staying in property, however you are the first customer for letting us know this about safety we will looking forward in this circumstance and do safety measure, Thank you sir

Poor Stay
The place was not neat to my liking had lizards the size i havent seen before wasnt worth the price and we have to pay 1000rs extra for the air conditioning great.
