From check in to check out everything was seamless. Very helpful staff in every department. Clean room and bathroom. Only negative part was when we entered the room, it had damp smell but when turned on the aircon, the smell went off.

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Very peaceful location, away from the city hustle. Well maintained, clean rooms and premises. Staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Food and service at the restaurant was also excellent. Enjoyed our stay at the property .

Overall excellent experience. Approachable location, spacious entrance and convenient parking. Staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable. Restaurant order time could have been better. Food quality was good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Harsha Fern and was thoroughly impressed by the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, every single person I encountered, from the front desk agents to the housekeeping team, was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. and always greeting me with a smile. Their service truly elevates the entire experience. However, I must be honest about one significant drawback the bed. While the staff’s service was five-star, the bed was uncomfortably floppy. it was the one thing that kept my stay from being perfect.

The property is calm and accessible to the city. But rooms can be a bit cleaner Bec I've found cockroaches in the room and that doesn't give a good impression. Food was average with few items being good and few sub par. Overall I will say 4/5.

Property is new & well maintained unfortunately staff is not well trained. Had stayed for 2 days, after 1st day stay asked for room cleaning but when we returned back nothing was cleaned. Most of the items in breakfast was empty.

A disappointing experience

While the quality of rooms is good, the service of the hotel is pathetic! The staff are untrained, incompetent and discourteous. Below are some of their hospitality gems which we got to suffer from during our stay of 2 days: 1. They apparently don't have a system of cleaning the rooms regularly. We had specifically requested them to clean our rooms but found it wasn't done after we came back from a long day of sightseeing. Upon asking for an explanation, they argued with us and took at least 40 min to send someone. 2. The rooms don't have towels, water bottles or a complete set of toiletries. Upon calling the reception multiple times, you'll finally get a few of the items you requested for but a few other things would surely be missing. 3. If you decide to visit their restaurant (which you'll have to, given the dearth of other options in that area), be ready to wait for at least 1 hour. After they finally prepare the food they would simply place the bowls on your table with no plates, cutlery or serving spoons. After we patiently explained to them our inability to eat the food straight from the serving bowls, they reluctantly brought the cutlery. 4. Finally, during our much awaited moment of checking out from here, we were made to again wait for quite some time for the bills to be prepared. There were also multiple errors in the final settlement amount
