Did not deliver what was promised, lacked sensivity towards senior citizens

We had spoken over phone that we had a senior citizen and were promised First Floor. But when we reached late in the evening we were given second floor in a completely different apartment saying the apartment we booked is full. When we reminded them of a senior citizen they showed us another place on the ground floor with the toilet outside. Next day was guru Poornima, they called us and told us that in the afternoon they could give a room in the first floor in the same place we booked . We continued in the same 2 floor apartment alloted but the 84 year old senior citizen had to climb 2 floors every time we visited the temple. May Gurudev guide them in the right path

Ganesh puri is a small town but this guest house provided all facilities as per 3/4 star hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and neat.
