Room was not clean and electrical connection to bathroom was cut off and self used bathroom by using mobile flashlight and hotel food was terrible one.

The hotel was very nice, the food was very good and the room service was very good

Room as well as bed smell bad, food quality not ok as per charges, room services are not satisfied, proper channels not accessible on tv

Hotel hygiene is very poor, washroom was terrible, lot of smell in room, food taken for delivery was 1 hour. This hotel is not suitable for business traveller.

Totally booked 3 rooms with a tariff of rs+ gst another rs per room. Room was dusty, matters uncleaned, flush not working, low pressure in health wash, dirty bed and pillow. Room no 207 did not have chair. Remote control for tv and ac were provided only on demand. No hot water in wash room for bathing. This room is worth. Rs charged extra per room.
