Convenient location ,spacious room ,staff co operative ,food good , cleaniness is good and good service etc

Overall had good experience. Staff were polite and service was also good. I stayed there for one night with my family(2 adults + 2 kids) Although there was small issue with power backup for some time in the morning but they compensated it with complementary delicious breakfast.

Parking not satisfied my car park in outside road service not provide proper food not good I am really disappointed

Rooms were specious. Bed covers and pillow covers were unclean and torn-ed. Therr was a leakage in basin pipe. Jet-flash was installed in wrongway. Doorlatches, locks were old need imdd. Replacement. Towels were not provided.

I came here for training. Stay was good in room 2008. Hot water is available. Early check-in & late checkout for up to 1 hour they allow. Beyond that, they charge 500 more up to 6 hours. Food to rooms are available. Laundry service is also available & economical. For pants & and the shirt cost me rs 100. They pick up in the morning and give the next day morning 9am. Highway is just 50 meters. The room and bathroom were clean. No bad odor in the room. Rooms are spacious with double beds, a chair, table, and wardrobe. One side wall was full window. Overall experience was good.

The room was not as clean as we expected. We found a cockroach in our room and we were upset. The room was not value for money. There is no hot water facility at night in this hotel. Also bottled water is not provided in this room. Also tea/coffee/milk bags were not provided to us.
