stay is very nice , my room is nice, hotel is good , service is good, rooftop restaurant is nice , staff is polite, interior is best

Hotel room was dirty it was full of dust while we hv checked in . Called reception two three times at check in time for cleaning but they have responded in the night.They were reluctant to fill coffee ,milk and sugar poches.Very poor room service.Rest location and ambience of hotel is very nice.Need large improvement in housekeeping and room service

Superbb Stay in Akshay palace
Nice stay in Akshay palace, suite room was quite big. The surrounding is so beautiful with nature. Cleanliness in the property was very good. Staff is friendly and restaurant food is also tasty.

Worth the amount
coupleRoom and quality of food is good. Clean rooms. Only issue was supply of consumables like coffee, tea sachets etc

soloHotel and the room were clean with good quality food, they need to focus in preparing for the good breakfast which is not as per the the standard
