Location is good near to Bus Stand, No basic amenity stores nearby. No provision of Services as mentioned like laundry. Unhealthy place to stay, Cockroaches can be seen evenly. No provision for channels on TV. Same repetition of breakfast at Hotel. Staff is not available when needed.

The food quality is good . Room was average becoz infrastructure is great but the basin in bathroom was not working and when I told the staff to change the room then he told he will provide room after 12 pm.

Nice stay here at suvarnam residency considering the price(1500. Pros: great service nice rooms hot water good ambience, clean & quiet environment cons: no proper parking available. Need to park vehicles outside the hotel on the road.

Very bad service. No parking for a 4 wheeler. No restaurant facility. Room ambience is not good. The washroom is not clean properly. Toilet spray is in unscrew condition. No water bottle for complimentary deluxe room. Complimentary breakfast arranged at another hotel which is 100 mtr from the hotel. Very bad experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
