Terrible Stay

I did not stay at the hotel as i encountered rude and insensitive behaviour during check in. I preferred to leave the premise and find an alternate accommodation for my family. Although i am a mm t black member, mm t did absolutely nothing to help me in this matter. As soon as i get back from this holiday trip with my family i would lodge a formal complaint and take this matter to the consumer court. Thank you.

The rooms were comfortable. Checking experience could have been better. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was super tasty. The hotel is under renovation, but it doesn't effect the quality of stay. I would definitely recommend it.
