it is a very clean and upto the mark hotel. initially thought that it might not live upto the standard when we found the hotels in shani shignapur real lousy

Amazing place, good staff and service. Clean rooms, quiet place. Food downstairs is also worth having.

1- Room Service was worst, No response even after 3 calls & double reminders thru Reception 2- No soups in Menu card

Truly an amazing stay.. Our room was upgraded without any cost ofcourse since the rooms were available.. Excellent food.. Variety of options..

The room and bathroom were hygienic, but the breakfast was not satisfactory. No confirmation even before checking out 15min.

Hotel is excellent , a small property owned by IRIS HOTEL . Situated on the highway opposite Udayanraje Palace . Neat and clean , room was very good . They serve only vegetarian food . Punes famous Mayur Thali is also there . Overall pleasant stay

Please update the name of this hotel. It is not "sai inn; has been renovated and new name is "evolve premiere"

Oh the review yes, my room key didn’t work, there were no list of reception call numbers and no wifi, the fan didn’t work properly so i think everything was pretty bad

1. Room ; good size room. Good bed and table. But chair provided was too low for aging people like us to use. . 2. Bathroom: the wash basin did not have any space to keep toiletries. Also bathroom maintenance was not attended. The towel rack was almost falling off. Reported, but no one attended. 3. Room service: did not use this much. They start room service at 8 am whihc is late for morning tea. Ofcourse they provide tea kettle and supplies. So ok. 4. Check in and check out : smooth 5. Restaurant: general preparations were tasty and servings were good size. 6. Car parking space: very limited parking space. 7. Hotel is clean. Marble flooirng adds elegance. 8. They could do with some hotel management professionals to man the hotel.

Some issues : - hotel is next to highway. Very noisy since the windows don't close properly and are not sound proof - you will get hot water in bathroom only after you complain - breakfast starts only after 8am - receptionist disappeared for 15 mins in the morning. Had to wait for checkout

Small business hotel with basic amenities. The rooms are of adequate size. It’s a pure veg hotel and doesn’t serve alcohol. Breakfast was good

Smallish rooms, bare, but clean. Helpful staff. Great restaurant with north indian vegetarian being their best. Parking for about 4 cars. Great location neat the railway station and wadi a park.

Location near city center, very convenient to find, veg food available with indian, chinese and other options. Hotel clean and hygienic, good room service, vehicle parking available.

Just make overnight stoppage. So can’t tell more. Neat n clean room n washroom. Comfortable bed. But think of overvalued in terms of rates

The hotel is quite well maintained with good furnishings and decor. Has a modern look. The service is decent as well. The only small compliant is that there is no wall/compound towards the road side, which if done, would add lot of safety feeling, for families with kids.
