Dear Sir, We are a 36 years old reputed hotel in Ahmednagar with thousands of satisfied and repeated guests at our property. When you checked-in, first of all you denied showing your id proofs which is the prime requirement in any hotel. You were very rude to our staff too. Regarding linens, our staffs changed the linens for you to satisfy you. Our staff was polite as always and oferred you a complimentary extra bed too but you denied that too. We checked in the rooms, there was no smell in the wash basin and fridge was also clean. Still if you were not satisfied, we can only apologise for the same. Regards

No car parking space. Property is next to busy highway. Caretakers not much interested in customer service. I booked this hotel but couldn't stay there. Mmt please choose hotels accordingly. We book on mmt with faith in you. But this time my money wasted and had so much inconvenience.

The hotel is in convenient location easy to approach in one of the prime locations of ahmednagar sawedi. It is only good for solo travellers looking to spent night over for journey further or work at ahmednagar. Room service is limited and reception phone is not working. Overall an okay experience to just spend a night over.
