Hi,
This hotel is one of the best—great service and good rooms. However, there is one issue: the receptionist named Praveen, who works from 12 AM to 12 PM, has a very rude attitude. He does not know how to respect guests or communicate properly. Every time he speaks, he is rude, as if we are staying at his house.
I kindly request you to either replace him or train him on how to treat guests with respect.
