The hotel staff is good.I reached the hotel before the check in time. The hotel manager solved my problem and provided me a room It would have been better if there were arrangements for food and tea.. Food and tea are served outside the hotel.

All hotels timing is 24 hour, in-case any problem they will given 1 hour extra but in this proerty only 23 hours given, extra hour they will charged full price. Bad

The room was clean and nice. It was well aerated and comfortable. The staff was nice too.

The room was dirty .And small and stuffy.Bathroom was dirty.exhaust fan was dead.there was so many cockroach and babies.Bed sheet stinks and we have to buy two bedsheet for sleeping.this was 2 nd time stay.1st time environment was good. Thanks 🙏

Ambiance & hygiene was very good. Staff were extremely friendly. Like to visit again.

Cleaning was very good. Services and facilities were value for money. 10-15 minutes walk in distance from raipur junction. The only issue was there were a lot of mosquitos inside the room.
