The room which you have shown in pics is totally different and the room which i have experienced is different and very worst maintaining no proper bed, no proper fans and lights etc, literally it's like a garbage.

Worst behaviour of staff, dormitory is far better than this suites no proper amenities. Remove this hotel so that other couple will not effect with worst behaviour of staff

Actually grand royal suites hotel has been closed so they are making the guest to stay in another hotel as blue lagoon which is nearer to the grand royal suites. The customer service in the hotel a terrible, for the first time i had faced a receptionist who don o to say even the date and time in english and she doesn't understand english too. Room is stingy and not properly cleaned, tv not working. Over all its just cheating by providing the name of the closed hotel in makemytrip and making the guests to book in it. This s the original hotel which they made me to stay

It is one of the newest property in benaulim. The room sizes are almost double than another property. Their rates are quite attractive and wel maintained rooms

Everything was good but there was no drinking water provided by the hotel people remaining everything was good rooms are good and location is also good

Good: - spacious room -spacious bathroom -clean -big bed -big closet -basic in room kitchen -fridge bad: -poor soundproofing -shared balcony -small blanket -poor personal amenities -no lift -no proper lobby or reception

Owner was very rude and also dint get the room which we opted for. We waited for 1hr just to geta room which was different and 5kms away

It's a good property but lacks hospitality and management. The ac of our room worked during the day and stopped functioning at night. We raised the issue on the 1st night of the stay, still no solution was provided even until the checkout day that's the 7th day at the property. On asking for gst invoice, no definitive response was given and i'm yet to receive the bill. There is no hanger to hang the clothes in bathrooms. The infrastructure of the property is good but it lacks detailing.
