During the stay the bathroom was in disaster state, corners has all the black moles, odur was really bad, on arrival by staff they said water is complimentary but charged at the check out saying that only 1 bottle is complimentary, so there was no clear communication from hotel staff.

businessThe location of the property is good. Checking in was a easy process. Room service was prompt and quality of food was excellent. The bed was quite large and comfortable with sufficient moving space around. Shelves for storing clothes, luggage etc., were quite nice to use. Toilet was neatly maintained. Television and Aircon worked to perfection. Check out was smooth and instant

Very bad
Property is located at a good location but room are very small size. So many cockroches are in room also bath room fitting are bad all are in broken condition. Staff are not coopratave and always keep silent. Food also very costly.

Hotel mookambika was ok overall. > staff was very nice and polite > service was on time though but did not follow proper hygiene. > many insects founds near the bed and drawers. > no toilet paper or tissues provided in the room we had to call them everytime. > the bathroom was not clean up to the mark. > the jet spray was layerd with the black dirt felt very awful to use. > bedsheet was unclean it had yellow spots on it. > no toiletries provided.
