Review Of Hotel Om Sai

It was terrible exp with hotel. 1.The hotel is located in very much interior no connectivity of cab/taxis 2.Housekeeping was very much poor, rooms were smelly, washrooms were terrible 3. No proper quality of tea 4. Bed bugs have been found on bed. No pest control was done. Overall very much pathetic exp. Have paid . It is not worth more than . For 2 days

Location - 2 Very average property. This is basically a lodge, not a hotel. Very hard mattress. Very small room, bathroom and washroom. Window of the washroom is broken. The place is full of mosquitoes. Not recommended, even if you get it cheap. The pictures in MMT do not match with actual situation.

Average quality of room, normal staff and not provide RO water , no little bit compromise and etc

I stayed in this hotel for one night only. Room which they gave me, was terrible. Bedsheet and pillow were dirty, geyser was not working and there were bed bugs. I had asked them in the middle of the night to change my room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even for one night stay.

Experience was good.

The hotel staff is good, we had some difficulties finding the hotel as a good map was directing us to a different lane where the hotel was located at a different lane. But when we talked with the hotel staff they sent some one to help us to reach the hotel. A suggestion for hotels is if they can fix their google location that will help other guests to reach smoothly.

Room AC not working properly. And poor condition bed sheet found in room. I'm not required anybody for this hotel.

Staff is polite and service and also good. Price is also cheaper and it is a good property to visit.

There is no proper room service. Tea is not available sometime. Always ask for payment only. Wait for services.

It's a newly constructed hotel, staff are polite and well maintained. Ok. Will do. My discount please
