value for money and a courteous team of
Basically the property is a multi-entertainment complex with water park, multiplex, accommodation, gaming zone and restaurant all situated on the outskirts of Mandla. The management team is quite professional and everything is pre-arranged with a professional touch. surprisingly I wasn't expecting that in a townscape locality. The accommodation, the service, cleanliness and food; all was great.

my experience is good but the food is more costly not a budget friendly food menu, and kingfisher staff behaviour is good and natural couple friendly hotel area

Terrible Stay
Worst Experience at Hotel Kingfisher – Avoid at All Costs! I had the most pathetic experience at Hotel Kingfisher. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible—the bedsheets and pillow covers were filthy, and the bathroom was in an even worse state, completely unhygienic. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages! To make things worse, the food was ridiculously overpriced. They charged me ₹200 for a single paratha! That’s pure daylight robbery for something so basic. The overall service was just as bad, with staff showing no concern for guest comfort. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away unless you want to waste your money and ruin your trip!

Average Stay
The hotel was very clean and highly maintained. staff behaviour was also very nice to me. but the restaurant needed some basic improvement with food quality and taste. according to the rate the food was not satisfactory.

Good stay for fami
familyNice location and value for money stay at mandla. Location not easy to find but easily accessed through google maps. Lot of things to do around the hotel especially for children. Staff behaviour is excellent.
