It was a terrible time of my life in stay at any hotel

I booked hotel 5 days before travel but on the day of checkin when i went hotel, manager told me " there are no room availabe only a big hall where 10 -12 persons already sleep in ground floor. I have no option because no hotel vaccent at that time, that night was horrible for me, i can't believe that makemytrip have no control that type of hotel
