The hotel is not good and the staff was also not good. Wifi not at all working properly as I have the office work

Poorly maintained property No hot water Flush was not working Wifi was not working Furniture was very old Location is ok

Property location is good, buffet breakfast is good . But no WiFi was available as the hotel authorities did it recharge it.

Room was ok but staff is good and polite . Overall nice stay and i will rate it very good Food was very good.

aft reaching there found criminal activities , room was not ready , fight was going on and staff was busy in looking, no one called police and tried to hide, finally we took near by hotel , as MMT and hotel mgr said they will refund but till now I have not received refund. spoiled trip and waste of time taking to hotel ppl and customer care

Basic facilities were not there ( washroom utilities, kettle, tower, room service ) had to ask them each and every thing

Room size is good & clean properly but tv not working & middle day no housekeeping is available. Hot water is available after multiple times call to reception.

First time in jabalpur visit it was amazing experience due to hotel shikhar and best staying location and hotel was good and staff was so calm, hygiene maintain by hotel, food also testy, overall great experience thanks, hotel shikhar and staff.

The receptionist present in the morning was very rude not recommended anyone. Talking rudely also not co operative

Room quality was good and staff was very generous in giving early check-in. Location wise it's very good place to travel in all locations in jabalpur. Highly recommended for business travellers and medical field person.

The hotel is conveniently located and clean. The staff is very polite. The restaurant serves decent vegetarian food. Overall a nice place to stay in budget.

The rooms were not tidy and maintained. Linen was not good. There were mosquitos all over. Other guest were making a lot of noise in the corridors throughout the day and night. Even after requesting at the reception to ask those guest to maintain silence, it was not done. I checked in 1 day before my check out day.

The environment and location is very easy for anyone to move every corner of the city. The hotel rooms are clean and stuff were good. They are trying to provide best staying experience to the guest.
