Location and stay arrangements are good but the main problem is they have business of dog breeding and they have many dogs in the compound. some of them are not that friendly also.So you will feel caged in that campus where dogs will roam around and you behind the gate. Food was average, nothing special.

The location of the property is very good. Surrounding and ambience is great. Rooms and bathrooms were cleaned. Can be improved by washing with fragmented disinfection liquid. Could see amenities like basketball, badminton court and small gym available but no one seems to be using those. Services provided by the people working not great but can say very good. Recommend owner to define proper check in / checkout process for the guests and same way staff working there is educated.

Nice place, property was clean and tidy. Only issue we faced was they were adding baking soda to rice and rice items which made our stomach upset.

Excellent location, cozy comfortable clean room, simple but tasty food with decent variety. And last but not the least excellent polite staff. My automatic endeavor broke on the way there in the middle of forested ghat section and the owner mr. Anoop kumar went out of his way to send an efficient mechanic.

It was a good stay with good rooms and homely atmosphere. Food is very good. It's not like a hotel. It's comfortable with minimum facility, and is a good quite location. It's not modern but all that is there is in working condition

Visited with family and grand child. It is scenic beauty from the stay. Amenities was excellent, service and food was very good. Approach was easy. All excellent.
