though the recipient staff were good, the overall housekeeping is poor, broken indoor play,poor maintenance. very bad experience at stay a day is complete waste. didn't feel the vacation

Budget friendly resort & good staff

My recent stay at the resort , quite pleasant. The absolute standout feature was undoubtedly the magnificent view from the property; it truly was breathtaking and provided a constant source of enjoyment throughout my visit. Considering the price point, I felt it offered decent value, making it a reasonably affordable option for a scenic escape. However, one area that significantly impacted my experience was the cleanliness. While the resort wasn't overtly dirty, there were noticeable aspects that could have been much better maintained. A more rigorous cleaning standard would make a world of difference and justify the price even more. Despite this shortfall, the stunning natural beauty surrounding the resort and the generally acceptable cost made it a stay worth considering, especially if you prioritize views above all else.

I had booked standard rooms which were horribly below average in this self-proclaimed ‘luxury resort’. Definitely not worth at any cost. Thankfully they were able to upgrade our rooms at additional price which were okay. Service was good as they were able to provide whatever we asked for, the food was okayish but not great. They claim that they serve buffet but couldn’t re-fill any food item, more of a first come first serve. Tea, coffee was good. Campfire and swimming pool was really nice. Private stream and small trek within their small forest in the property was nice but could have been better if managed well

The room i booked, wasn't available. They offered me another room and complimentary dinner which i agreed to. The hygiene is poor, rooms are smelly. Average food, not a place i'd like to go again.

Good to stay. Good staff & care takers. Need to improve standard rooms. Entry road to be widened or need to keep security to control the vehicles since only one vehicle can pass at time in the entire strech

Standard rooms are very bad. Kindly choose other rooms. All other things are very good. Service and food is good.

why do we go to a resort in a hill station? to relax, rejuvenate, and reset! but the whole day went so bland. nothing was bad or wrong, just nothing good. so average. the lunch was quite cheap. we could feel the low quality ingredients, and mediocre taste. but they charged ₹350 per person per meal saying it’s “unlimited”. the swimming pool was not cleaned. the dining area was left uncleaned for long time- unattended coffee cups, tables and flies hovering over them. dustbins kept open. and the craziest part- towels drying on the dining room chairs! the service was so average. it would be acceptable if it was an room in a dingy hotel. we have stayed at homestays priced lesser than this but better in all ways. we expected better. it was my birthday getaway.

The stay in aayan valley resort in vip suite room is unexplainabally disastrous, don't know why they named vip suite room. Once you enter the room you will get bad smell welcoming you. There is no network off course but the wifi provided is of no use it won't work properly, you cant even call to reception with there provided wifi, check all the things like tv, hot water, flush, drinking water bottles are at place because their service is damn slow you have to keep reminding them it may take hours to provide service. Even after they provided service for flush it stopped working in few minutes, after recharging tv the power went and came then tv also stopped working. Below average food. Un invited guests insects will enter your room and give company throughout your stay for not getting bored of their service. Power went during nyt and almost till early morning there was not power. You can't enjoy over here you just need to complaint and give remainders and wait for the services that all you can do here. Only good things you can experience is the view from the room and the swimming pool. Totally waste of money not at all worthy. Please avoid visiting

Staff service was below average,Rooms were absolutely pathetic,the owner is a bit rude and non cooperative,food was horrible ! Overall it’s not a luxurious stay and it is showcased! Feels like a room near market area.

No cleanliness of the room

No network area and wifi provided was very poor. There was no power at night and nobody bothered to assist.

You should improve your restaurant (facilities and atleast few more menu items). Could provide toiletries. Quality of wifi is not sufficient. We could not contact you for/while booking inspite of trying to call so many times. There is a need for better management of the property with dedicated personnel. Inspite of all the complaints we had a decent time. Thank you for the experience🙂.

Good staff and good home food taste. Good experience. Campfire experience with starters and beer was the best combo n good moments overall.

Excellent atmosphere with good nature & pleasant location. Chetan was really good staff with guest approach & timely update.

Had a great stay calm place surrounded by forest good service and food was good too internet was not there but u can use wifi

It was awesome experience. Perfect stay for much needed break from daily busy life. Staff and owner both very understanding and co-operative we also had a kid with us and they took very good care of the child. Best place will come again
