Review Of Golden Bell

Place was spacious for big families but building is old and the service especially need to be improved when i wanted to book this place have contacted the management over mobile before booking the place. They asked me the price displayed in the application and suddenly increased . These things should be corrected and they should be mindful.

Nice and clean rooms, Good Service, very safe and spacious parking area is situated in prime location. Easy to access... overall experience was excellent. Keep it up.

The stay was comfortable and all the necessities for the family were covered. I didn't find any issue

They cancelled the booking at the last minute. MMT has come forward to provide an excellent solution. I felt safe to book in MMT. Since I travel with a small child I must have a backup plan.

After booking they asked to adjust with 1 bhk instead of 2 bhk without any discount. We didn't stay in golden bell

Good accommodation. Spacious apartment, modern amenities, nice furniture, clean and well maintained mostly. No rice cooker no microwave no induction stove as mentioned in makemytrip advertisement basic kitchen cooking utensils and lids even are not available properly. Only 2 spoon and 1 fork available for 2 bed accommodation. Water filter non functional. Very slow service. Receptionist lasy and attendants do not converse in english or hindi properly. Tourists could not be expected to speak local language to them water clogging issue in one wash basin took almost 1 day to solve with multiple phone messages and calls. Same delay in issuing mosquito coils. But at the end people and management is nice empathetic and caring. We are overall satisfied, with above mentioned issues

Bed spreads are not clean. Felt itchy when slept on it
