unprofessional, unhygienic, pathetic attitude of gobravo staff of operations manager who is not ready to accept the mistake. did not stayed thr for even a minute as the rooms were full of dampness and black moulds growing in the rooms

Initially Owner Declined our booking and told me to cancel it as he booked it for someone else , I contacted make my trip argued and got the booking confirmed. post reaching the location found out that the walls were moulded with fungus, sofas were full of dirt and the smell was very filthy there at the location somehow we just managed to stay but the overall experience was terrible.

The worst farm ever they gave the farm to someone else inspite our booking through mmt. The owner of the property did not take the responsibility of this and said he don’t know about this booking and property. Very rude behaviour and very bad experience my whole day got wasted because of this and my my guest also suffered for this. This is the worst property They will not consider booking through mmt and will trouble you if you book it
