Poor Stay & Experience
As expected, the service was third-class. The staff is not properly trained to give a great customer experience. Not worth the price at all.

We would like to clarify that Giovanni Village Resort & Spa holds a valid liquor license, and as per excise regulations, we are not permitted to allow outside liquor in common areas such as restaurants, lawns, and public spaces. These rules are government mandated and strictly binding on all licensed establishments in India. We completely understand your disappointment, but we are obliged to comply with these laws to ensure smooth operations and avoid legal complications. That said, we do offer a carefully curated selection of beverages at our restaurants and bars, and our team is always happy to recommend options that best suit our guests’ preferences. Terrible Stay
One word for the stay HORRIBLE . I have never given any negative rating to any accommodation by far. But calming it a good property, would give this resort a zero rating. Staff is not proper, not trained at all. They have zero interest in serving their guest. They have no proper information about the work they are assigned for. Charging such high amount equivalent to 5* and giving zero star service. I would never recommend it to anyone . Worst experience. Worst service. Worst resort

Excellent Stay
The property is huge, perfect for young parents like us, they have amazing waterfalls, breathtaking views for photographs, the jungle safari was an amazing experience in the morning. The food was actual gourment food. The activity room and junior zone were our highlight. We loved the projector in the room, which gave us ample time to relax. The beds were huge. Overall we will visit again soon.

Horrible experience
coupleThe first experience was nice but the second was horrible. Let’s start with what happens when you arrive at 10 o’ clock in the night with an advance booking. You are refused to empty the bags from your car by a bell boy before the check-in formalities are completed. How ridiculously stupid is that. Then you go to your room only to find out 20 mins later that the ac is not cooling. The staff tells you to wait for 30-mins more and then they realise the customer paying 12k for one night is not stupid and the ac is actually not working. The food you order doesn’t come with spoons. Just the property is nice. The staff is highly untrained and have zero experience on how to give 5-star service to guests. We stayed here because jehan nu-ma retreat was sold out. Never ever coming back to such a horrible experience again.

Disappointed!
Very average. Their is something which is not grand in the property need to work on their staff manager didn't knew the dishes in menu their is something which isnt miking it what it can be. Landscaping is top notch the ambience is good food is very disappointing as soon as i reached the location and had lunch. I was regretting the decision the breakfast (which should have been a buffet, as u expect in good properties) was a la carte basis. Taste was very bad they need a lot of working on a lot of areas to do justice to the property. Especially it's made on a grand scale some changes here n there will get them good results.
