I had chosen the hotel due to the proximity to my work. The interiors are decent. However the room could have been more clean. The table inside the room has fresh stains of use by the previous visitor. There was no face towel. Breakfast was decent. Fruits, cornflakes, bread butter jam, milk, idli sambhar, paratha sabzi and omlette on order, tea/coffee etc.

pathetic property and pathetic service it's simple lodge hygiene is poor team is poor breakfast is terrible even staff have only one reason. sir it's franchise so it's is like and and will be like this

Towel , napkin was missing . Tea catal was dirty from inside. Trying to contact reception found Intercom was not working.

Untidy rooms, later they gave clean one. Food quality is bad. No internet in the room. Need to come to lobby to access the internet.

There was no towel inside bathroom & lots of mosquotoes were inside room. Poor services really horrible

they weren't sending a paper courier too to the room . stating that anything that comes from outside is to be collected by guests themselves. from the reception .we won't send.

Its worst experience. completely unmanaged and careless. Now i have doubt if it’s tata’s Hotel. If you give me negative rating option will choose that only.

Tata group should regularly look audit Ginger hotels...it's a waste of money and not suitable for your health to stay in Ginger hotel. No housekeeping in the room. dirty hotel.

Service and location was all good but room and hygene was not well makntained at all room were little dirty and bathroom washoroom and bedsheet were not so cleaned travellers may face hygene issue in this hotel

Very bad stay, hotel is not maintained properly, Gym is also in maintenance and water leaking in bathroom, soap tray was broken, and bad smell was in room

The room wasn’t clean, everything was clumsy and there were bugs. We found bugs hovering over us on the headboard at 2AM
