Dirty bed sheets, towels. No toiletries provided initially but later on provided when insisted. Food was ok and hospitality of waiters was good

The hotel is located at a fairly decent location. It was peaceful and away from the usual hubbub of the city. The room was spacious with all the essential amenities. It had an attached balcony with a good view. The rooms and the linen were clean and of above satisfactory standard. I thoroughly enjoyed their food. Their home style chicken curry is a must try, if you are a non-veg aficionado. The staff was polite and courteous. Overall, i enjoyed my brief stay here and would recommend anyone looking for a peaceful stay and good food.

The hotel is situated quite a distance from main kursi road which makes it immensely peaceful and perfectly comfy. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Hospitality from receptionist and other helpers is worth the cost. Enjoyed our stay to the fullest. One of the best hotels of lucknow.

Actually hotel was very far from city, no proper restraunts in hotel, inf-act in near by area you wouldn't get any thing to eat. Lighting outside of the hotel is closed in night. Ac was running in room only. You will not find any space in hotel to sit with your family, it's too hot everywhere.

This is very important place for near Sahara mall and Gomti Nagar Lucknow.

The rooms are good and the reception desk is also friendly but very bad room service
