This place good for home stay , Room Clean , Toilet clean and bed are not clean

Poor Stay
Rude behaviour of the caretaker. No cold water which is a basic need. Although food was not included, no cutlery was provided on request to have the lunch/dinner managed at our own. Repeated request for extra payment for early check in despite confirmation of payment at the checkout time. Caretaker clearly denied to arrange the tea on upfront payment.
