Very bad, i booked 2 rooms and i pay advanced in makemytrip app but in hotel getting only one room they are told their is no 2 rooms available here if any issue contact make my trip customer care to call and cancel your booking loke that told. I lost my 10k very bad experience

I didn’t stay there as my car was not allowed to the hotel by police. I had to carry my luggage to more than 1 km and they said it’s been cancel-led and i will have to book directly with them.

Comfortable and budget friendly stay with good staff. After conducting research, i selected hotel gokul grand. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

Not worthy of being a mm t property

Our stay at the hotel was ok. Not great. The rooms were reasonably clean but the bedspread and mattress was dirty. The rooms had no hot water. The manager told us that we have a choice of either ac or hot water not both, since the same connection services both. The attendant was ok but the manager is a terrible guy. Rude, curt, doesnt listen at all. Everything we asked for was met with a no. Things like hot water/ac even turning on the ac was first a long conversation as to why we got a "cheap" rate thru mm t and why we couldnt ask for stuff. I would definitely not recommend anybody for this place unless you are desperate; more so from the managers attitude than anything else
