not a good experience metress not in good condition, bathroom and rooms not clean.. nothing in breakfast..need maintenance in bathroom

I recently stayed here just after the Diwali period. The rates were very high and did not justify the quality. The room was decent and well maintained. The receptionists were also very helpful. However, the restaurant was a major letdown. They were understaffed and everytime the order used to take more than 45 mins to 1 hour. The food was fine but waiting time and service were really slow. They have to improve their quality for such exorbitant prices.

Does not worth the amount paid. Managers enjoys their vacation and no one in Hotel to connect the links and manage overall experience. Restaurant is a total mess and can’t expect the food on time. Electric appliances and telephone lines not working and mobile numbers provided on voucher no one will pick especially ending 6002 for restaurant. Local staff introduced who works only 9 to 6 pm amd can’t expect good service after the same. Don’t take food package as they will offer you only Chinese food or Veg only option against the same. Breakfast is okay. Don’t expect hospitality like other Lord’s hotels. Last 1 km route is an off roading and lights also sensor based that works after your vehicle has passed by. Restaurant is on hill and you will have to climb real steep staircase which is not possible for old age people at all. Games are also basic like carrom, chess, TT, and a unmaintained Lawn-tennis yard. Swimming pool also very small. In short, they need to work on all areas to get everything on track.

Considering this resort have claimed itself as 4 Star, the rating is considered as such. For us, this hotel is little more than 3 star. But for the location and comparing other 3 star hotel, this is the best option in area. Had an amazing stay and the view/atmosphere was amazing. Rooms were good enough. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Resort offers great view. Amenities were good enough - highlight being the infinity swimming pool with view of mountains. All things considered, the resturant food was amazing, although the staff was slow for kitchen services. Quite a few amenities need maintanence as few of them are non-operational or not usable. Complementary items in room / toiletry items needs consistency as house keeping staff is not able to manage it across all rooms. Overall, we have an amazing experience and all our concerns were taken care whenever raised by staff.

The property is at a great location, amid forest and Aaravi beach is near by around 5 km. Staff is very helpful and courteous.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was one of the worst experiences ever. The location is quite isolated, which is fine, but the approach road is not in a good shape — extremely rough — and we even encountered a snake crossing on the way. The rooms and main hotel facilities are located separately — to reach the restaurant or swimming pool, you have to climb around 30 steps uphill. During a long weekend, they were clearly under-staffed and the service was terrible. Room service is almost non-existent. They actually insist that guests come to the restaurant because room service takes more than an hour. The restaurant staff don’t answer calls, so you have to order through reception, who then messages your order to the kitchen — which of course led to wrong orders being sent. Even the fresh lime soda was full of lemon seeds, without any courtesy to strain them out. Breakfast timing is mentioned as 8:00 AM, but it never starts on time. When we requested something simple for kids, the chef outright denied it. Overall, a pathetic stay — poor service, bad management, and no hospitality standards. This hotel deserves to be ranked the worst Lords hotel, and Lords should seriously consider removing their association with it. Avoid this place completely.

I have a great experience with here.the location ,food ,views everything is very good. Staff are very politely and services are also good.We have spent more time in resort and have so much fun 😊

Property location is good, Good amenities and service. Considering the overall property standards food options can be increased and maintained. All the options in the menu should be available at any point in time. Overall great stay and experience.

Resort is awesome & and has a great experience . The Hill view is exciting to watch . Staff is very cooperative & is supportive. The swimming pool is very clean . It has a play area & a good experience. Food is also nice. Only minor concern is of commuting to the resort , 1 km road is not proper but If have own transport , no issues. Beautiful Property in a Scenic Location The property is located in a stunning scenic area. Rooms are excellent, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping ensures rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff is extremely polite and courteous. The swimming pool and restaurant are situated at the top of the mountain, offering breathtaking views. The pool is well-maintained and very clean, adding to the overall experience. However, room service needs improvement — our food was delivered nearly 1.5 hours after ordering. While the food is delicious, it is on the expensive side.

The stay was pleasant, and has a very good locality. Only not satisfied with restaurant food quality, taste and service.

Property was big and spacious. Swimming pool water was clean. Kitchen food taste was awesome. 5 out of 5 rating from my side. In Srivardhan a must visit property.

We visited this hotel last week and booked two side-by-side rooms. Here’s our experience: Pros: • The location is scenic and peaceful, situated in the mountains. • Hotel staff is cooperative and courteous. • Rooms are neat and clean. • Basic amenities like air conditioning, a small fridge, and a TV were available and functional. Cons: • The hotel is located around 2 km from the beach, so not very walkable. • The restaurant needs significant improvement in both food taste and delivery time. • Room service was extremely delayed. For example, our order for virgin mojitos placed at 8 PM was delivered only at 11 PM after multiple follow-ups. • The food quantity served in the restaurant is quite limited. • Bathrooms are a bit congested and could be more spacious. • One major issue was that all rooms seem to operate on the same remote system for fans, ACs, and TVs. Any change in one room was affecting the neighboring room — quite frustrating. Additionally, many remotes were not functioning properly. Overall, while the location and room cleanliness were good, service and facilities need considerable improvement to make the stay more comfortable and hassle-free.

Place is good Approach road needs to be rectified especially in rainy season....pool was not clean... Staff Service was excellent...Food was poor and had no options for the ones who took package.....had only few choices and it had a foul smell in it...rooms were good...but food rates it all down..

I booked a two-night stay in the premium rooms at Gaurav Lords, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms offered a beautiful mountain view from the balcony, adding a serene touch to our stay. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and we received prompt and efficient room service whenever needed. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
