Review Of Ganga View Guest House

The room service was very poor, they didn't changed the bedsheet and the blanket was dirty. They don't have lift facilities it was a problem for me as my room was on the second floor. The staff behavior was very polite. The hotel is safe and secured. The location was close to the view of Ganga and nearby a sweet shop Kheer Sagar. They have a restaurant and the food was delicious. They don't have a geyser in the bathroom, so I didn't get hot water to bath. I will not recommend this property to others.

It was a group of friend's trip. There was only one geyser for the entire hotel and it was not working for two days, we didn't get hot water properly during our stay. The room was not spacious for us. They provided an extra mattress after one day. No toiletries were provided. The housekeeping and the room service staffs are not responsive. During check-in, we faced a problem that our booking was not yet confirmed and later on it was solved make my trip. During check-out, we didn't find any staff at the reception. I will not recommend this property to others.

Cleaning and behavior very poor

The hotel is in a good location near Harishchandra and Kedar ghats. It is about 1.2 km away from the temple and Dashashwamedh ghat which is usually a 15 mins walk or a 5 mins auto ride worth 10 rupees per passenger. Overall it is a good place for family stay with easy availability of transport and food. In fact the hotel is off the main road and hence it can be easily located.
