Good hotel: staff can be friendlier
Hotel was clean and nice but the booking staff could have been friendlier. way to the hotel has a narrow passage for cars so not very approachable, but the property is as in pictures and well kept. Parking on property was empty but did not offer to park inside , when pushed agreed to park inside the premises. Then offered us a smaller room than we paid for but then gave us a good room and service was good too. good set up for families travelling in suites with 2 room set with kitchen and balcony.

Terrible Stay
I paid 2500 including tax for the room. The room did not have a tv. In the name of complimentary water i got a small bottle of water. The room was extremely dirty. The shower was not working properly. The overall experience of the stay is pathetic.

The lodge is located away in a narrow lane. Reaching and commuting to local tourist places is very difficult. For food, the order shall be served quite delayed as the kitchen is also located at another place. We had trouble with a defective remote control to the ac unit. Front desk response is also not satisfactory. Hence 2-bad rating is given.
