Poor experience. Deceiving ratings
Had a poor experience at this property. I booked this place because it was reasonably priced, had good ratings, and was conveniently located for my 10:30 AM appointment. Unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. Cleanliness: The room was poorly maintained — stained linen, wet and dirty bathroom floor, pan stains on the wall, a musty smell, and poor ventilation. Wrong Advertising: The listing mentioned a complimentary 2-hour late checkout, but when I requested it, the staff said they would charge per hour. Breakfast: My booking included breakfast, but it starts only at 8:30 AM, which is quite late for a hotel. Staff Behavior: The staff were rude and dismissive when I raised these issues. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Terrible Stay
Washroom is in worst condition. Water leaking everywhere. Room cleanliness is also not good.

worst place to stay.
The rooms are too dirty and once you have paid there is no turn back. They will charge extra for complimentary breakfast but they don’t have any kitchen. If you will ask they will get it from road side in a plastic along with a plate. Worst experience. No cleaning, full of mosquitoes.

Worst Fab Room 27 Hotel- Hyderaba
Its very worst Experience we came across with Fab Room 27 hotel stay in Hyderabad. No room hygiene and coachroaches in the almera. None of the alerma keys worked. Bed Spread and pillow covers were dirty. Washrooms were not neat. Drinking Water bottle refill in the room is chargable in room part of room service. No parking at all and there is no car parking facility. we need to park in the streets only in front of hotel. AC was working very well and TV had OTT installed. Lift was in a good working condition. Acess to main road and near by shops is easy. I would definitely not recommond this hotel to any one. Cant use the glass in the room as we saw coachroaches.

Needs maintenance
AC is not working, geyser is available. Bedhseets are not maintained well. Room was clean and neatly maintained
