Hotel is near airport, property is located at peaceful location and ambience is splendeed. Rooms were quite comfortable and cozy. Staff equally courteous and polite. Food too was up to mark. Thanks

good place for a night stay with good food
Good place. Got a sweet deal of 3.5k including bfast and dinner. Room were good and spacious. Food was also very good. Will come back again. Booked for a night stay during my drive from Bangalore to Nagpur.

Window in front of the res
The hotel did not have basic privacy in the room. The window was opening right in front of their restaurant.

not a happy stay
Hotel was neat & clean. A young girl at reception was warm & welcoming at check-in. Room, toilet were neat & clean. We had just come off a flight and wanted to have our lunch. we then realized their restaurant was closed for renovation and make shift arrangement was done in the Ball room. we went there at 1200. we were told it will open at 1230. we went back to our room and ordered room service at 1230. we were told we will receive our food in 15 minutes. after calling repeatedly food was served at 1.20 pm. they had forgotten to bring part of our order like a portion of curd. it was very disappointing and not a word of apology. the servers in the ball room lack training. language was a problem fruit juice was kept open and a fly had fallen in that. at the time of check-out not one word from the staff to enquire about our stay. there is no professionalism whatsoever. we were very disappointed.

Terrible Stay
The AC was not working and I had to check out at midnight with small kids. They agreed to change rooms and in none of the alternate rooms AC were working either

Property is near to airport which is plus point. Restaurant food is very delicious plus staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms/washroom interior can be made more clean and maintained. Recommend this stay for family based on hospitality of the staff.
