Review Of FabHotel Orio I

The hotel is very badly located not suitable for families, group, and individual for stay. No parking. The hotel was total vacant and have very easy assess for stranger. We though booked the hotel and paid for the same, but did not prefer to stay there with family. I already urged that as I did not checked in there request to please refund the amount.

Hotel was very bad and area was very vulnerable without parking. All rooms vacant. It was not safe to stay. So we didn't checked in and stayed elsewhere. I may request not to pay anything to hotel and refund me the amount paid by me

Worst hospitality ever. Hotel and the room has paranormal activities all through the second floor, serious paranormal activities could be felt during 20 days of stay, continuous dead rat/mammal like smell inside room - 204, wet walls, cracked walls, artificial/extended walls. Creepy sounds all over, no proper toilet fixtures and functions. No breakfast provided.

Amenities and services were not upto the mark; also the price of the stay doesn't justify its cost.

Very poor stay, no cleaning, poor bed sheet, poor water service, broken water tap. Hotel receptionist saying sir you book this room in over price

There is no difference except for the price between the ordinary and deluxe rooms. Moreover, they didn't serve breakfast where i paid for it while booking the room.
