I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. I booked and paid extra for a Deluxe Room, but the room I was given was just a normal room in very poor condition. The facilities were not as promised, and even basic things like proper lighting were missing.
The service was extremely poor, and the staff showed little concern for guest comfort. The room was badly maintained, unhygienic, and did not match the standards advertised. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money.
This hotel seriously needs to improve its room quality, cleanliness, and service. I do not recommend staying here until major improvements are made.
