I had a very poor experience at FabHotel Bihan, Patna. I had to change three rooms in just three days of my stay. All rooms were unclean, the linen was dirty, and the mattress quality was terrible. There were no proper chairs, no toiletries, and the bathrooms smelled bad with water leakage issues.
There was no light in the washroom, and the AC was not functioning properly. The hotel also had no tea or coffee maker, even though the booking mentioned these facilities. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but the pantry had no staff, and they said services would “start from Diwali”!
This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — a complete waste of money, time, and effort. I’m extremely disappointed with FabHotels for maintaining such poor standards.
