Review Of Entire 4 BHK Villa with a Private Pool

The property was at peaceful location. It is at equal distance from all the north goa sights i. E. 3-4 k. M. Only so easy to cover the whole north goa. The only drawback was kitchen amenities and cleanliness. The host neeraj is also very well behaved and good person.

Had already informed to clean pool still no action was taken there was no range at that area great thing was care taker fooled us about wifi that it was working & had given 2 wrong password at last he told us it's not working

No person was there for cleanliness, hall was tremendous bad, tv, vify not working, all rooms were not properly cleaned, sweeming pool was not clean overall very bad experience

Ac was not working properly tats a only drawback

There were no proper kitchen amenities. the host was not available on call. demanded for LPG cylinder they denied & charged for the night. Hall & dining area was not clean. beach sand was spread everywhere😞😞

The caretaker of the property was irresponsible was not attending the call. Was not provided kitchen amenities. Also charged extra ₹ 300 / night money for the gas cylinder. Which should not be there. Quite unhappy.

Maintenance is zero, we were scared to sleep in our rooms.

The location is a bit isolated but peaceful and 4-5 Kms from the best beaches. We felt a bit lack of basic necessities like drinking water and clean bedsheets. Although, everything was finally in proper condition but for everything we had to tell the caretaker 2-3 times. Overall decent stay.

The location is in nagoa and at dead end in the village. Floor dirty, not locks to bathrooms. Untidy swimming Pool. We stayed for 3 days no one was their to clean that Villa. Entire left over garbage was lying for 3 days near the Pool. Care takers were adamant to everything we asked. I will never ever recommend this villa for stay. Very bad experience.
