The location is outside the city & peaceful. I really liked their room since they are pretty new. They also gave me a free upgrade since it was my birthday. The food is good & so is the behaviour of their staff. the only feedback is that the pool wasn't clean as rightly mentioned by other guests. Value for money stay.

Kitchen Staff was mot co operative and There were no co ordination between serving staff and kitchen staff My order was just 2 plain paratha but i was sitting only for that 40 mins with and after 40 mins restaurant refused And there were only 2 tables occupied Just waste for breakfast charges Not satisfied with restaurant

Okay insects are so much and there were no co ordination between inside kitchen staff and restaurant staff my order was delayed by 40 mins and after that they refused to give that item..not satisfied with restaurant kitchen staff taste of food was also not as good as they are charging us

The hotel was newly built. The food was good. Some mistake by chef as there was onion in our 100% Jain food item. The reply from management team regarding some item misplaced by other guest was not at all appropriate for 4 star category hotel. Room cleaning was also average. Only aesthetics don't do the job. You have to maintain as per hospitable standards. Under the bed was full dust and other particles. Will rate between 2.5-3 stars.
