Poor Stay

Rooms average, Beds not good, linen not good, has to put multiple requests to get linen and toiletries. Parking was poor. Food was good but does not justify the cost. . In fact one of my family member booked seven days after my booking

The property is good but little old now but well maintained. It resturant is vittal kamat so you get mumbai type food & if looking for gujrati food then you won't get that over here. The main point is its very much near to the temple.

Excellent Stay

Facilities were good for a mid-range hotel and properly maintained. Location is close to railway station about 1 km. Dwarkadheesh main temple is also about 1 km and so is the flea market having all varieties of clothing and sweet. Food at the hotel diner was excellent in taste and easy on digestion.

Very Bad Experience

Hotel does not even worth a single star but reflecting as 4 star. It was dirty untidy poor staffing...Buffet lunch was booked but not prepared and we were given ala carte....overall not satisfied with the Hotel Category mentioned it is a kind of cheating with the people...Delux room was not even equivalent to normal room of 3 star hotel..

On arrival no one came out to take the bags from the car. I saw four people including the front desk guys and all of them tried to show busy with their phones. At the check in counter two manager looking person with ties kept sitting, refused to look at my eye. No welcome vibe at all. A housekeeping person tok my ID card and gave the room key. Next day, I went out at 6:30 AM and returned around 2PM to find my room not cleaned. The whole team started to argue that. it's not the hotel policy to clean the rooms unless the guest specifically asked for !!!!. When I told them that, I switched on the button in the room written " Clean my room", they started blaming each other.

just disrespectful staff over their they somehow told me to extend the stay for one day and If everything done in one day and you want to cancle then we will refund you back the amount. as janmastami is their I thought time will take for darshan so I extended but when I cancle it then didn't refund the amount.

Food was excellent we enjoyed well. Location is also wonderful because we can see temple from the passage area of the floor. All the facilities like rooms, housekeeping and other amenities are well provided by the VITS. It's One of the best experience for us
