First time I saw that hotel is charge money for milk required for baby. Service is just ok . Required to replace to towel because towels are is using long time .

On arrival no one came out to take the bags from the car. I saw four people including the front desk guys and all of them tried to show busy with their phones. At the check in counter two manager looking person with ties kept sitting, refused to look at my eye. No welcome vibe at all. A housekeeping person tok my ID card and gave the room key. Next day, I went out at 6:30 AM and returned around 2PM to find my room not cleaned. The whole team started to argue that. it's not the hotel policy to clean the rooms unless the guest specifically asked for !!!!. When I told them that, I switched on the button in the room written " Clean my room", they started blaming each other.

just disrespectful staff over their they somehow told me to extend the stay for one day and If everything done in one day and you want to cancle then we will refund you back the amount. as janmastami is their I thought time will take for darshan so I extended but when I cancle it then didn't refund the amount.

On this day we reach by personal car and when we reach staf and receptionist good behaviour with us and in the last when we reach in our room we got clean and sanitizers good room with fully furnished

Food was excellent we enjoyed well. Location is also wonderful because we can see temple from the passage area of the floor. All the facilities like rooms, housekeeping and other amenities are well provided by the VITS. It's One of the best experience for us

Had a fantastic stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The highlight, though, was the food—absolutely exceptional at every meal. Delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back!

The location of the property is very good, near to railway station, Dwarka beach and Dwarkadhish temple, enough food options are available nearby. Breakfast and Restaurant food was also very good. Rooms were so relaxing with all the needed amenities. it was a great experience staying there. Staff Service outstanding specially Restaurant staff. A complete experience to get 5/5. Will surely like to stay here on our next visit.
