Overall Stay Overvie
Location was perfect since it's in the centre of the city. Food was available either by order or nearby restaurants which is easily accessible. They provided sufficient amenities. For a short stay , this place is pretty decent to stay.

Good Stay
Location was good. But there are no restaurants nearby. For 2000 per day, more sophistication can be done. Towels were not changed every day. Dustbins of good look and quality can be kept. Few upgrade needed.

Check in and check out the process sooth, the room is very small, and AC is only for names I suggest you don't go in summer... Staff are supporting, food not available but t you are ordering online zomato Swiggy Overall a nice budget friendly👍🏻

Good place to stay in a great location.
Decent place to stay in the heart of mangalore. All facilities like hot water, room cleaning, good washrooms, elevator and considerate staff are available. Overall a very decent place to stay with family.

My stay at hotel emporium, mangalore
I was permitted early check-in. The rooms were clean and large. Toilet was also kept clean. Staff at reception was very good.

Economical and comfortable
Hotel was comfortable and clean. It looks like a very safe secure place as well. The staff are very helpful and quick to help. I was able to make modifications in my booking easily after speaking with the receptionist. Autos are easily available as there is an auto rickshaw stand right opposite the hotel. No good eateries around, but swiggy and zomato services are available.

Bedbugs in the hotel bed
familyVery bad experience at emporium hotel due to bedbugs. We couldn't sleep and we didn't discover the bed bugs till the 3rd day. We cut short our stay. Initially we thought that it was mosquitoes and reported it to the hotel staff. They were unhelpful and only remarked that mosquitoes are common.

Besides more than 85% of the online guest has given the 4 to 5 star rating and they enjoyed their stay at hotel emporium Mangalore.
