Review Of Empire Regency

1st experience was not good with the hotel. in 4 days booking first two days were not good because 1- Cleaning issue 2- Service is so poor as a cup of tea is delivered in 2 hours . 3- Bedsheet and pillow cover not changed frequently. 4- Limited Food Option. and the last two days were good as they enhanced their service and also cleaned the room on request.

Rooms were good but no food facility also the lift was not working and nothing for entertainment like swimming pool, gym or anything as such

The stay at hotel empire regency was good as it is close to railway station and the staff was also good.

It was okay. Although multiple reminders were made for reminding them to get us a water bottle. The room was a bit dusty. There wasn't a robust service for the restaurant that they talk about in their description.

Cleaning, proper lighting, no intercom facility, no food menu available in the room, water heather not working on complain emersion rod rovided, mug missing from bucket. Not so pleasant stay

No lift operation, no bucket, broken taps, no kettle

There’s not even a board of hotels to locate the property. In the name of 4 stars, there are not even basic facilities. No geyser, no hot water, no tv. Cleanliness substandard. Understaffed. Food hygiene questionable.

Loved the rooms, spacious and good. Few staff are not very courteous. Rooms needs good maintenance. Dine in area needs to be pepped up with more preparation. Theres a lot of scope for this restaurant and in house rooms to be one of the best

Kitchen are closed and all fantastic all sarvices are good
