It's a nice resort it's a home away from home concept it's too awesome and food was too tasty and the hotel was in pool man-made fall it's really nice. Everything it's good. We enjoyed lot

Location was amazing and rooms were very good

Approach road to the resort is terrible condition. All rocks. If you reach site, the rooms on top don't have any access other than walk. Very steep hence difficult for elders. No toiletries no intercom no kettle for tea making great view. Huge bed and spacious rooms. Buffet is okay

The approach road was nothing short of treacherous. Even after checking in, the approach to the room allotted, the glass room is steep and feels like climbing a hill. Not easy for elders with heart and knee issues. There are no toiletries provided in the room. No kettle for tea/coffee. No intercoms. Toilet was not cleaned well. The plus side is the breathtaking view and size of the room. Food was tasty and had variety.

Rooms are way too expensive for the quality of rooms and it's a very old property.

Well. Per night pricing is 10k. But even basic amenities are missing. Like intercom, electric kettle in room and even tv.

Food was ok. We have to walk too Long to the room. There was no inside transportation facilities for going to room. Hospitality was good. Mobile signal was less. There is no intercom facility

The hotel didn't have TV, Wi-Fi or phone, no proper room service, not much food option. The location was good. But they don't have proper services or activities. There was phone service from room to Reception. No transportation to jungle safari or any.

This is a big place about 133 acres surrounded by pepper climbers and lot of trees. Very quiet place since it's located a little inside. Truly enjoyed the drive to get it here. Highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxed holiday. Activities were less enough. Although enjoyed the morning trek with a guide(one of the staff from resorts). Felt the price was a little too much for the stay but got a discount from Makemytrip.

No telephone or intercom since there is Mobile signal. Buffet is below average with just 3 items nothing else. No starters or desert in the buffet. Its 50 kms from Chickmaglur and no proper sign boards to reach the resort. They didn't provide camp fire. No power in plug points during generators are on. You can't even charge the phones.

Good place with scenic view. Definitely worth. I loved the indoor and out door games. The best part was the morning trekking. I must say that its a must experience for sure. One suggestion, please don't go with the default route which google says. From BLR, please take the Hassan and Chikmagalur route. Thats the best way to reach the destination.

Staff and service was very good but the villa rooms were poorly designed, felt like staying in a dormitory. Overall the space and location was very close to nature but without proper sign boards this property could be difficult to locate. Overall a relaxing and good experience. And the food is below average for a north Indian pallette.

Excellent for family and friends 2 day trip. Food is good for non vegitetian ... Staff was courteous and nice weather ... Breakfast was best if the meal ... Fishing was fun ... Trekking is little tough for old people because of stones

Lots of things need to be improved, basic facilities are missing in the room like no TV intercom.. The villa is just a room.. It has very compact bathrooms.. Which is really looks pathetic and below average.. The resort is situated at a beautiful place... The ambience looks very average.. It can be really good.. The food was good. Overall if you just want to sit in your balcony without any expectations and have drinks with your friends and enjoy the nature.. Then it's a good choice.

Good location in the middle of a coffee estate. Nice view from the restaurant. Camp fire was a nice experience. Only drawback was that the villa was located on top of a hill. Was difficult for elderly parents to climb up and down. Also they didn't have room service. So every time for food they had to come down.

Fab Location and excellent view. Approach road is excellent from aldur, khandya until main road of the hotel 'beware of the small signboard of the hotel'. From main road till hotel its off roading but manageable. Good Parking spot. Food is alright and needs more variety. There is no intercom nor service to your door however they would take care as you ask.

Worth visit if you are not high-flier. No tv no intercom a break from city life. Beautiful view, cordial staff, tasty food and nice trekking... Pretty much a package worth spending for... You can give a try.

We a group of 5 stayed at Eagle Eye Resort in Villa, but there was only 1 washroom in the villa and only 1 room and no other facilities were given in the room. Food and service was average. Was not actually the way they show in their site. Price of villa is too high. Around 15k for just one room.

Nature lover loves it and feel peace. Regarding resort well it is very very poor arrangement. No pick up point, rooms are very average no proper activities. No proper trained staff. Overall it was average.

This place is too far off from the habitation and in the Jungle. The 7-10 km approach road to the resort is pathetic. Inside the jungle without any signage of the resort and no one to ask for direction. You can easily get lost, if you did not talk to the resort people for direction prior to leaving. Accommodation is average and hygienic. No room service. You have to walk to the restaurants for even a cup of tea or coffee. Quality of the food is below average. View is beautiful from the resort.
