Mattress was a bit hard pillow cover and bed cover was a bit dirty…Ac was getting off by own and the washroom tapes was not good water pressure was very low and no soap nothing was provided

Dear Guest, We never provide dirty linens to our guests as we always give freshly washed linens to our valued guests. If you were not happy with the cleanliness did you ask for a replacement? As a guest you had every right to demand for replacement. We provide soap and shampoo along with towels as soon as guests check in,if for some reason if it was given you could have asked for it. We have installed high pressure pumps for better pressure in the upper floors. There is no point reporting these after you left the property and we will not believe it now

Staff was nice no chik chik at all. loved staying there but need to work on cleanliness it was a lil messy. the location was good ! didn’t try the food & the staff was good too, they need to focus on their cleanliness and hygiene.

Noted your point we will work on it.It would have been nice if the same would have pointed out during your stay. We focus a lot on cleanliness and hygiene and we are getting a huge number of regular guests because of our efforts. Nobody can provide such amenities with such cleanliness at our price.

We are surprised by your remarks on location because people do come to us frequently because of location, safety and cleanliness at such a low price.
Average Stay
The caretakers were good to us but nothing else can be considered good about the stay. The ac didn't work, the rooms were too narrow etc

Dear Guest, Our Guest House is a budget property and you can't expect 20 feet 30 feet room at just 700/800. About the room size everything is mentioned in Goibibo and you should check all the details before booking. We provide all the modern amenities like AC,Geyser,TV at an affordable rate with a good flood free location in Guwahati. Our occupancy is always good because of these reasons and would be looking forward to serving those valued Guests.
Good Stay
It was good. I have been there before. Staff always very friendly. All around it was a good stay without any disturbance. Looking forward to it again.

Nightmare stay in guwahati
It was a nightmare to stay there, the blanket was smelling so bad and dirty and the room had so many mosquitos and cockroaches, please dont book this place

Dear sir, We have received more than 100 plus good reviews from the same room.If there was any issue then why it was not reported during your stay,as a guest you have every right to demand for cleaner linens or clean rooms. So we can't accept your allegations now. Many times when unethical demands of guests are not met then they give us false reviews as revenge. Also we don't have a blanket in rooms we only have comforters with covers.
Switching off phones instead of responding
We arrived a lot earlier then out schedule time, i call the hotel staffs for asking if the are open but instead of picking up calls or responding back they decided to switch off their phones, such terrible experience never again going

Please note that we can't allow the guests to enter before the official check in time that is 12 noon as the guests of previous days start vacating rooms only after 11 am. However if proper communication is made on the previous day, we arrange for early check in. Our staff are also human beings and need rest early in the morning. While making bookings it is the duty of guests to see the hotel check in/check out timings and other hotel rules

worst out of wors
Staff are uncomfortable😣😣 they are so so creepy and their behaviour too, oh god, we booked for few days but we have to checkout after one day we can't really tolerate their behaviour and surrounding, is totally not for solo women travelers neither for any woman. their behavior is so so disgusting .

Poor Stay
The room was very dirty and dusty, send only one charging point was working. Even the bathroom was stinking. No tissue paper provided, no bottled water was provided. The rooms walls are dirty and blankets were also smelling very bad, i got allergies from the dirt

If there is any complaint then why was it not reported during your stay. We never handover any room without cleaning and sanitation.So I am not agreeable with the points mentioned by you. Sometimes many guests give us false remarks for their vested interests or when we charge the guests for damage made to the property.
Terrible home stay at guwahati
Low quality food. Unhygienic cloths. Overall unhygienic environment inside the rooms. My first and last visit on here. Only stuffs are good

First of all he had not ordered any food during your stay,so the allegations made for food quality are falsely fabricated. Guests like you are not welcome here.
Dream Homestay is safe, to stay as well as convenient.
Here the receptionist & house keeping taff's service was helpful, as well as co-operative, ... good enough. Especially staff named Apurba and Krishna were very good and helpful.

Terrible Stay
The worst stay i had experienced. The rooms were very untidy and unclean. Although i have paid for 2 days, i did not stay for 1st night and as per my discussion with representative no one helped me for refund nor contacted me further. With utter distress the 2nd day i have to stay in different area. There is no facility over there not even a cup of tea.

Dear Guest, We never met funny guests like you, immediately after arrival you demanded rooms with balconies and told us that rooms are not as per their expectations, we then told you that we have received good reviews from the same rooms in the past and there is no variation about the amenities from the website published. We generally try to provide a clean, safe ambience to our valued guests at an affordable price ,at 1200/1300 if someone demand amenities like a 4/5 star hotel then we can't help guests like you. Then you left our guest house without telling us anything and desperately tried to cancel your booking through customer care but when you couldn't do that as per policy you came to our guest house again the next day and your female partners behaved very rudely with our staff. The next day you demanded breakfast which was not part of your booking package , when our Guest staff refused to oblige your demand, you used all filthy languages with them.

The location was easy to find; restaurants are at walkable distance and the hotel staff were very helpful.
