The stay was terrific! We also experienced the irresponsible staff which made us wait for 1 hour saying that the room is not available and in cleaning. The room was very clumsy and suffocating!

I recently stayed at dream haveli, and unfortunately, i had a less than satisfactory experience. Here are some points to consider: 1. Hygiene: the hygiene standards at the haveli were quite disappointing. Cleanliness is essential, and it was lacking during my stay. 2. Lack of restaurant: one of the advertised amenities was a restaurant, but to my disappointment, there wasn't one on the premises. 3. No intercom: the absence of an intercom made communication with the staff difficult and inconvenient. 4. Hot water: hot water is a basic expectation, but regrettably, it was not available during my stay. 5. Cleanliness: the rooms were not as clean as i had hoped for, which was disappointing. 6. Room service: the absence of room service was inconvenient, especially when we needed assistance. 7. Plug points: there were insufficient plug points in the rooms, which made charging devices challenging. 8. Lack of geyser: the absence of a geyser for hot water was a letdown, particularly in cold weather. 9. Unfulfilled promises: many of the promised amenities were missing during my stay, which was disappointing. 10. Management: it appears that the management needs to address these issues and fulfill their commitments to guests. I should note that the staff seemed innocent and friendly, but the overall experience was not up to par. I hope these concerns can be addressed for future guests to have a better stay.

Hotel location was ok. Bt it is some kind of lodge. Toilet is not proper clean

The hotel industry requires very high standards in services and products. Social media captions play a very important role, especially because of the number of views your ads, posts, and photos will get.

There is no room service. There is no food service also there is no cleaning staff. We have asked only tea and they refused after 15 min.

We checked out the rooms just after 20 mins of check in. Rooms were terrible. Soggy rooms and bathrooms. Termites were there in the room. And rude behavior of staff. Gyser was not functioning. The atmosphere at hotel was inappropriate for family stay. There was no parking facilities, we had to park the car almost 800 meters away and from there and we had to walk all the way with our luggage. Staff didn't carried our luggage too. Moreover we had to change the hotel and so we faced alot of inconvenience

No auto/ cab reached the hotel gate bcz there is one way traffic, but the hotel staff was very good and cooperative in every thing, i strongly recommend this at lowest budget.

They are not provide basic things in room and you have toh go upstairs for each things to collect like water bottle, bathroom kit, and also not allowed to your own drink on tarrace. View is best from tarrce.

Hi i stayed at dream heaven haweli and the hotel was good but the room i stayed in with my family was very poor, specially the bathroom and the water was literally coming out in room.

Dream heaven haveli is located on uphill so senior citizen cannot walk through that was our difficulty with parents as well the best view from this hotel was terrace restaurant it has the amazing view of lakes and serenity again no lifts was there so only once we went upstairs. Otherwise staff service is good and overall it's ok

I stayed at dream heaven haveli with my wife for a period of 2 days. The service was excellent, the owners bhawna and deep are nice and helpful people. The staff is also very friendly. The property does not have lift access, so if you are travel-ling with old people or people with difficulty using stairs, please keep this in mind. Room are small but cozy and not large spacious new properties as we might usually come across. The hotel is located at a beautiful location, and close to amber ghat and other happening places at udaipur. If you are looking for a budget stay, with a terrific view for your meals and centrally located to all places in udaipur this is the one. I would choose dream heaven haveli again if i happen to travel to udaipur.
