They provided any kind of service with delay whether it is food or any house keeping realated work

The hotel lacked basic things like the key wasn't available for the room to lock it, the room and the washroom was smelly, the staff was not welcoming. I booked and paid the amount online in advance through MMT.But at the time of check in they asked 600 rupees more and I did the payment of 600 rupees to get the room.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel I have ever been. First of all which clearly mentioned was a 24 hour stay. When I reached the place, the hotel reception and manager said the charge is only valid for 6 hour stay.. After paying an additional amount of 1500 for the rest of the day and the next day I settled down. The AC was working but not throwing any cool air, the remote worked but the temperature won't change. The light in bathroom didn't work. The next day there was no water in the tap so I had to leave without having a bath. The reception guy was no help at all. On top of that this seems a really shady place with un-ethical people going in and out.

Had a good stay. I will definitely recommend this property, i will come visit again and the food was delicious.
