Room stay was good but food was not good.location was beautiful.you can stay there but cannot order food.

Very good service. Location was very nice. Everything was nearby. clean rooms and food was also good. Highly recommended to everyone looking to stay in Govardhan.

My overall experience was that the room was dirty. There were crickets roaming around in it. There were flies and the toilet was not clean at all and frequent switching off of the ac or power going off had become a common problem. It would be a big problem during the summer.

Very hopeless hotel. Terrible stay

No service help for any type during entire stay. Bad smell in room all time.

Ac was not working properly. Frequent electricity breakdown.

Room was not good. Geyser wasn’t working. There were many power cuts in my one night of stay. Food was average and the dining area had lot of mosquitoes. There was no towel, soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Cleanliness was also not up to the mark

Cleanliness was good. Bed was comfortable. But plumbing maitenence, house keeping seems unfocused, they should improve. Staff was co operative and humble. Should atleast have cattle and tea/coffee bag for guest.

The rooms are very new with clean washrooms. Extra beds are also pretty big. The only problem with room is of no ventilation and the mismanagement of allocating our rooms before arrival to someone else.

Stay was good and comfortable. Staff was decent and polite. Ok for such budget.
