Namaskaram sir, We thought you are very well satisfied with our accommodation and food facility as per your comments at our place, but we have wondered after seeing this review. Always you have given positive comments w.r.t our food and you have requested us to prepare to your own specifications and we have made it. Many times, you have invited your guests also and you have referred some of the guests to our place. Coming to the tv channels, our guests are coming from various states, hence they want different channels, so at the time of check-in we are taking confirmation from them and as per their instructions we are immediately arranging the channels and meanwhile there are minimum required channels from Hindi, English and Telugu are available to watch. In that 10 to 15 minutes time (which takes to activate the channels asked by you ) , if any inconvenience caused to you, we are very sorry. Regarding newspaper availability , yes it happened one time and we regret for the inconvenience caused to you on that day. We will ensure that it will not happen from next time. Namskaram sir, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are happy to serve the guests like you. We and our people are also very glad about your compliments and nice behaviour during your stay. We take our valuable guests’ comments into serious consideration and we strive to achieve 100% guest satisfaction. As a hotelier, it’s our responsibility to give an explanation to the issues raised by you. First of all, Sorry for the inconvenience w.r.t the food prices sir, but we couldn’t help with the prices as we are incurring equal expenses due to our principles, hygienic procedures and organic food materials. Our guest’s health and well-being during the stay is our priority. We take very keen care in every aspect w.r.t the food like “We cook with cold-pressed sesame oil/groundnut oil only which has been prepared under our close supervision with our own seeds. Expenditure for this oil is 5 times higher than the regular refined oil; We are providing organic food material which is freshly grown from our own farm and also freshly prepared in open kitchen without adding any preservatives or artificial flavours; We use country chicken only in which we separate all unnecessary bone pieces and only provide flush pieces. We provide river fish and river prawns only”. So, even if we cook in home with above procedures, we will generally have heavy expenditures than regular expenditure. Hope you understand our side also from the above facts. There are some items in the food menu which required less efforts, hence their prices are less. You can also opt for them in your next visit. Coming to the modernisation of crockery, we are currently using ceramic plates, glass vessels, glass water bottles, Ceramic bowls, stainless steel spoons, forks etc. Hence, kindly suggest to us about the items that shall be modernised so that we will try to implement immediately.
