Review Of DMS Suites

We booked an apartment with 2 rooms, but they gave us 2 separate rooms in separate floors, when we entered the room the smell was very unpleasant its like cigarette smell but they tried to do for the smell and it got worse. Then the water heater were not working on my room. Else everything was good the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The property was not as good as mentioned in the app , we asked for breakfast but there was no update on that , the rooms were clean but smelly. The app said i booked for an apartment with 2 rooms but our rooms were 2 floors apart.

There is no restaurant.near also not having any restaurant.Distance from presidency university is more than 15km.your display indicates only 1.2km from pu.we suffer a lot

Everything is fine except for the roads and surrounding. A little clean nearby sideways would have got full point

I made check in at 06:30PM (Evening) at that time also they made me to wait 2 hours for making room ready. They told me that if you are not suppose to wait then hang off and there will not be any refund too. Rooms was horrible and 0.1% cleaning was not there. No Bath towels No soaps Not working AC Stained mattress and sheets. All total my night was dam horrible Don’t recommend anyone.

Facilitie is poor, no cutlories, no proper lights, no dth connection, located very interior from main road, no hygienic, no wifi

The stay was really very comfortable, The staff's behaviour was perfectly professional. The room was neatly provided. Really a great experience

Service and ambiance was so good it was budget friendly food was also very good specially i balcony was very good

The room was so dirty even found holes in the blankets nothing was washed we could easily see the stains in the room clothes all over was so disappointed never gonna book from you guys again

Furniture is not work friendly and tv has no proper channels. The way to get to dims clumsy. Rest was ok

Food service not present rest all good. Room was spacious with a sitting area attached to it. Negative point: wifi speed was not good enough for office work.

They don't have extra blanket and pillow even if the enitre apartment was empty and after argument they provide you blanket and pillow as if they are doing favour on us. Will never stay in this apartment
