There is no cleaners. Dirty room and staff behave was very bad. No manner to talk the guest.

Not good at all. No tv. No drinking water

Good location centre point near to lalnaugh garden bathroom renovation required.
Foot mats need cleaning, also bathroom need coloring.

Front desk service is horrible. They are very rude.
The hotel staff is very worst. Front desk man at the time of night shift is very rude. I ask for extra bed he replied very rudely. Around 12:30 am my colleague came, that time they not allowed them to come in so I was ready to go outside to talk with him for this also they did not opened the door.

Value for money And located at prime location, it's good to see their patience in service and the rooms are more spacious with lots of comforts, easy to navigate the hotel in map for location mapping and had a pleasant stay ..

Situated near plenty of shops, lalbagh and bus services. Easy connection to many places Used double, tripple, prmium and suis rooms. Big rooms but average cleanliness and services. Prompt service if something asked for. Bathrooms were big and clean with warm water available. Dining table and TV available.
