Review Of Deltrum Riviera Serviced Apartment

We booked Deltrum Reviera and payment made. We tried contacting the hotel person, never attended the call. When we reached for a check in, found booking was not sent by MMT to the hotel and rooms where full. To our surprise, they acted quickly to this situation and provided a different best hotel for our stay. We are very happy with service provided by MakeMyTrip.

Not good staff, make my trip need to be remove this hotel

Staff is not well organised, food is pathetic. Cleanliness is not at all there. There are no toiletries as well. No words to comment.

Only the numbers of plugs were less. And TV size was small as per room space. Otherwise all was good.

Waste room waste of money to accommodation.

It’s good hotel if we it for an offer. It’s wise to rethinking if there is no offer.

As per the hotels information these are separate apartments. I booked a 1 bhk apartment, after the hotel confirmed that it will be a separate 1 bhk apartment. But when I went there, it was something very different. They gave me a 3 bhk apartment and already in one bedroom someone was staying, in 2nd bedroom furniture work was going on and they gave me the 3rd bedroom. Kitchen, hall, dining table everything was dirty. It was disgusting to stand there.

Garbage's everywhere, inside the room and outside the room. In the living area on the sofa set there were two stray dogs sleeping at night. I informed it to the caretaker but he did nothing, it seemed like this is a regular case. No drinking water was provided, neither they have any cutlery. Anything I asked for they denied saying renovation is going on or go get yourself. I was stuck in the washroom for at least an hour just because they have their renovation going on and they had no water left in tank. They neither bothered to inform me earlier neither they cared. They provided me just a bucket of water and yes that's it. Just an advice to the hotel management, don't take bookings if you can't support your guests.

Very bad service of hotel, will not suggest to anyone.

You can improve your services by means of effective house keeping. Cleanliness in room and bathrooms are very important for any guests.
Rooms should be cleaned and cleared before giving to next guests. We find very difficulty to locate the place and responses from staffs are very cold. Service level should improve then only next time we can opt the same.

It was a very comfortable stay and felt like home. The apartment was located at nice reachable places to shops. Food was not good, but can find lot of hotels in and around. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

No proper maintenance, rooms needs to be thoroughly checked before giving as customer can face loss of issues of the room is not good.
